Refund policy

General Refund Policy –

You can return your product within 14 days of receiving your item.  The returned merchandise must be in original condition with the original packaging. The sales receipt is required for the proof of purchase

For smart cups:  6 months of limited warranty due to the defects of material and workmanship. 

For clothing: The garment must not be washed, must not be dried and a tag must be attached

Abuse use, strong odor, or stain due to perfumes or deodorant will not be accepted.  

*Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods and personal care items i.e. soaps, other cosmetics, and face masks cannot be returned. The final Sales order will not be accepted for return. 

To return your product, you should contact our support at info@novausny.com and they will assist you with your return. Please state the reason for your return in your email and your order number.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.
